Public figures attended the ceremony and explained the significance of the state symbols to the employees:
- Aslan Serikkaliuly Kuzhiyev, representative of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Mangystau region
- Zhaksygul Shakhzadakyzy Makhanbetova, director of the Mangystau Local Initiative Centre public foundation
