The General Director meets with the young specialists of MEM LLP once a year. The meeting with young people covers the following issues:

- developing young employees' proactivity and their intellectual and creative potential;

- supporting the professional growth of young employees;

- encouraging innovation by involving young employees in developing and introducing new technical solutions to improve the Company's performance.
