The auction is held by the English method, with the price rising in steps of 5% of the starting price of the asset.
Payment: 100% prepayment.
1. Legal entities and individuals wishing to take part in the auction must pay a guarantee deposit confirming the participant's solvency and the seriousness of their intentions.
2. The guarantee deposit for participation in the auction is 5% of the starting price of each vehicle and must be transferred to the organiser's account:

Applications from those wishing to take part in the auction are accepted on working days from 8:30 to 17:00 local time (lunch break from 12:00 to 13:30) at: Office No. 106, Procurement and Logistics Department, Industrial Zone 4, Building 5, Aktau, Mangystau region, 130000, Republic of Kazakhstan, from the date of publication of this notice until 17:00 on 7 June 2021 (the application deadline). Potential participants wishing to buy any of the assets sold at the auction must also submit their application and a payment order for the guarantee deposit to the organiser no later than 1 working day before the auction date.
Participants (or their authorised representatives) will be registered by the secretary of the commission from the date of publication of this notice until 17:00 on 7 June 2021 at: Office No. 106, Procurement and Logistics Department, Industrial Zone 4, Building 5, Aktau, Mangystau region, 130000, Republic of Kazakhstan.
