Key Provisions and Values of the Constitution Adopted at the Republican Referendum of 15 March 2026

As part of the Action Plan for explaining the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan (approved by Government Resolution No. 237 of 8 April 2026) and the List of Measures to Promote the Constitution (instruction of the Presidential Administration No. 26-32-35.67 of 20 April 2026), awareness-raising work is being carried out nationwide.

In accordance with the instruction of Samruk-Kazyna JSC No. 24-02.1-07/2223 of 21 April 2026, an awareness session on the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held for the office staff of Mangistauenergomunai LLP in Aktau.

The session was led by representatives of the Mangystau regional and Aktau city maslikhats and of Sh. Yessenov University:
